Maxine is a co-director of AccessAbilityAustralia with both professional and lived experience in disability.

AccessAbilityAustralia design and develop customised accessibility guides and communication boards for a range of organisations as well as deliver Communication Access Training.

Maxine is always very proud to be able to give this gift of calm, confidence and independence.

Maxine has worked within disability for over 30 years with both adults and children and has worked within education in a specific program for students with disability.  Her range of experience varies from community support to specialised educational planning and support for students with disability including the implementation of speech therapy assisted programs to social and behavioural management planning.

Maxine also lives with single-sided deafness.
